We have had nothing but issues since buying our Kia Sorrento here. First, we bought the car and the very next day the windshield wash light came on. Then we realized they didn't give us any floor mats. We drove an hour and a half back to pick them up and they gave us the wrong ones! Ended up getting weather techs instead of driving back. Now, we just drove an hour and a half for maintenence for an appointment that was made 2 weeks ago and they're saying they will try to "squeeze" us in because they're not showing an appointment even though my boyfriend has a confirmation email and we called 30 minutes before to say we were going to be a few minutes late and the lady confirmed the appointment date and his email...... Now they're telling us the scheduler messed up and accidentally put the appointment in wrong and its supposed to be next week. Said it would be a 2 hour wait. This is absolutely ridiculous and I encourage anyone thinking of buying here to think long and hard. Extremely disappointed. More

Stefan was nice to work with during our car buying experience in the beginning. He made us a deal on a used Buick Enclave that included them installing Apple Play and 1 year of maintenance. I later di experience in the beginning. He made us a deal on a used Buick Enclave that included them installing Apple Play and 1 year of maintenance. I later discovered they charged us $700 for the maintenance package that was supposed to be included in the deal, and also whoever drove the car out to us hit the side mirror so it was sitting crooked on the car and we found out that the AC didn't work. Stefan said he would get all of the issues taken care of and get the Apple Play installed. We played phone tag and texted several times to get the Apple Play installed and there was always some reason they couldn't schedule it that week or the next, etc, etc. Then I stopped hearing back from Stefan and I eventually called the manager George, who said he quit. I told him part of our purchase agreement was to install the Apple Play and he said he'd look into it. I never heard from him again either. Every time I called someone said they'd look into it and then I'd never hear from them. We went into the showroom and told them this was our agreement and showed them the paper work and they said it wasn't their problem and that Stefan only worked there a couple months and quit. The manager, George's exact words were, "What do you want me to do? I'm trying to run a business here." They refused to honor the deal and said they weren't responsible for whatever Stefan told us, but he was their employee at the time so it shouldn't of mattered if he quit a few months later after our sale or not. They said they'd fix the AC and the mirror. We thought the AC was fixed but it went out again shortly after and then we found out somewhere else that the AC lines were bad and corroded and had to spend $2,000 to get them fixed. As for the mirror they broke, they ended up just putting epoxy on it which lasted about 4 hours. There was a complete lack of accountability from this dealership to honor a deal that one of their employees created. We would've come back here in a year to upgrade our second car but we obviously will stay as far away from this dealership as possible and warn others to do the same. Horrible experience and they didn't seem to care at all. They made their sale and got their money and then any ounce of customer service or courtesy went out the window immediately. More
HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. We agreed to a price that included the extended warranty and $15k for our trade in. Found out after the purchase they charged us again the $3500 for the warranty and gave that included the extended warranty and $15k for our trade in. Found out after the purchase they charged us again the $3500 for the warranty and gave us $1,000 less for our trade then we signed off on. It has been a week they refuse to call us and they refuse to give us a break out on the fees that we paid for our vehicle. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE THERE. We can't even get the GM to talk to us. We love our carnival but definitely over paid. Had to file a formal complaint with Corp. Kia More
Don't deal with the shady scammers. No good faith or respect for the customer. Just dollars signs at any cost. They added bogus fees and charge us for things we specifically agreed NOT to pay for and ch respect for the customer. Just dollars signs at any cost. We put a little too much trust and good faith into them and they changed everything we agreed to in our negotiations. Just typical shady car sales. Perpetuating the shady car salesmen stereotypes. Find another dealer. It will save you some stress. More
