Great experience working with Humam and the McGrath team. Humam was extremely knowledgeable about the Telluride (only KIA I was interested in), and the different trim levels and how it compared to the ot Humam was extremely knowledgeable about the Telluride (only KIA I was interested in), and the different trim levels and how it compared to the other cars in the same class. Humam was open and honest about pricing and financing options. He made understanding the optional maintenance packages straightforward and showed the value in the prices they were listing at. We were able to have a very straightforward conversation when it came to final negotiation and getting to an all in price. I was able to take the car for the day before committing and that really made me see that this is a dealership that is confident in what they represented and didn't need to force/coerce me into a decision. The Telluride did the talking. Would happily come back whenever I am in the market for a new vehicle. More
