Great experience working with Humam and the McGrath team. Humam was open and honest about pricing and financing options. He made understanding the optional maintenance packages straightforward and showed the value in the prices they were listing at. We were able to have a very straightforward conversation when it came to final negotiation and getting to an all in price. I was able to take the car for the day before committing and that really made me see that this is a dealership that is confident in what they represented and didn't need to force/coerce me into a decision. The Telluride did the talking. Would happily come back whenever I am in the market for a new vehicle. More

Service communication could be better. On our first visit, Service had to be reminded twice to work on our car. Service did make up for this by telling us that they would pick up our cars to work on them and bring them back. Petros is a wonderful salesman! More

I recently purchased a 2026 Kia Carnival SX Prestige from McGrath Arlington Kia in Palatine on July 23, 2025, and initially praised the sales process with Jarek and Pawel for being smooth. However, after rev McGrath Arlington Kia in Palatine on July 23, 2025, and initially praised the sales process with Jarek and Pawel for being smooth. However, after reviewing the paperwork at home, I am deeply disappointed. Despite explicitly telling Jarek I wanted no extra warranties, two unauthorized EG Assurance warranties ($2,000 and $995) were added to my contract. The finance department, led by Pawel, applied a 7.09% APR through Wells Fargo, higher than Kia Financing’s 5.73%, without explanation. Additionally, a $15 Tire Fee and $35 Electronic Filing Fee were not clearly disclosed. I emailed the dealer with questions about these issues, but they have not responded, showing a complete lack of transparency and accountability. As a repeat Kia owner, I expected an honest process, not deceptive practices. I wish I could give zero stars and will not return to McGrath Arlington Kia for maintenance or future purchases. More
