Terrible experience with this dealership. Run away from this place! They suck you in with one on line price and then tack on thousands of dollars more, so a used car costs at least $5,000 Run away from this place! They suck you in with one on line price and then tack on thousands of dollars more, so a used car costs at least $5,000 - $6000 more than advertised. We were told that they advertise low to get you to come and look at the car and then they give you the price they need to sell it for. I would never go to this dealer again. We were told that the additional amount was for prep fees, which they said they did not have to do anything with the car because it was in good shape. After another hour we negotiated a price which I was not happy with but we needed a vehicle and did not want to start our search all over again. As soon as the price was agreed upon, we were told we had to get the car off their lot. I did not even have a purse or license and the sales staff and manager turned nasty on us and said it had to be off their lot and to park it across the street where the cars are for auction until we could come and pick it up. Once the purchase was made, no one even continued to speak to us. Seriously, never would I recommend this place and its sale staff. The salesman was very nice until we start talking price and until we would not agree to pay all of the thousands of dollars added to the price of the used vehicle. If I could give it 0 stars for how we were treated once they had made a sale, I would. More
