I ended up buying a vehicle for my daughter where my daughter is very picky when it comes to what she likes. "T" made my daughter love the car 2025 Kia K4 Ex with the morning Haze Color. I will for sure come next time. Thank you guys for all the help. And I love the free popcorn. More
I made my first Kia purchase at this dealership and it is a terrible representation of the brand and Kia family. Everything about this dealership and it's employees are crooked. I would highly recommend visiting another location or purchasing from another manufacturer altogether. First and foremost my salesman Humam Totonchi blatantly lied and promised several deals that were walked back once I got to finance. I should have left at that point because I was clearly bait and switched. Once I finally worked out a deal I was asked to come back in a week to complete a survey and do a redelivery. Humam claimed this was a check-in to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. During this visit he asked for my phone claiming he needed a code emailed to me by Kia. He used this as an opportunity to complete a feedback survey sent to me by Kia fraudulently without my permission which was his true motive all along. Upon realizing that Humam fraudulently completed a survey on my device without my consent I reached out to the sales manager Jeff. Unfortunately my experience with Jeff wasnt any better. As an act of good faith Jeff promised to swap the Kia emblems on my car. I called Jeff weekly and he continuously blew me off, gave me conflicting information and rarely returned calls. Jeff, the sales manager is just as untrustworthy as his salesmen from my experience. Jeff would habitually make false promises and backtrack on information he gave. It took FOUR MONTHS for Jeff to get the Kia emblems he promised installed on my car and it would have taken longer if I wasn't chasing him down due to his lack of communication. McGrath Arlington Kia lacks quality service in all areas. In the short time of owning my first Kia vehicle I have been lied and mislead by both the salesmen and sales manager. Service appointments are inconvenient and always take away longer than quoted. Any time estimate they give you add 1.5 hours to it. I've only been to this dealership for a car wash and a cleaning both times took way longer than expected. I'm typing this review now from their service lounge and I'm currently 2.5 hours into an appointment that was only supposed to take 40 mins. Believe all the negative reviews. Please go elsewhere. I regret purchasing from this dealership and even though this is my closest KIA dealership I will happily go elsewhere for honest and more reliable service. More

Poor communication, lack of transparency and made me feel slimey. I had to asked several times for an out the door quote as I've read reviews of here stating there are hidden fees and add ons. I was told, "Most of our customers prefer to calculate that on their own." Then when I asked for lease pricing emailed to me I was first told that "the manager is in a meeting". After asking yet again, I got a passive aggressive email of the monthly lease payment with no breakdown of the due at signing. Meaning it literally could have been based on $4995 due at signing and no way to know. And yet I was told to come in for a test drive when I was clear I needed pricing first... I grew so exhausted I went elsewhere to a location that cheerfully gave me full pricing and lease quote the FIRST time I asked. I sold cars over 10 years, and let me tell you, if a place doesn't give you full pricing breakdown, 99% of the time they are hiding something. More

I contacted this dealer's service center for a minor repair. The repair, which usually takes 1-2 hours, took three days. It is impossible to get through to the service advisor. We worked with Kia and a replacement engine was covered under warranty and would be replaced for FREE. My FIL made the mistake of mentioning he was giving it to his granddaughter. He was then told that the car needed an additional $1,900+ worth of services which he paid for. The check engine light came on in the car and it was making a noise so we brought it back in about 3 months later. We got an estimate for another $1,900 more. I looked at the estimate and became suspicious. I got the original bill he was charged for the engine. I was in shock at what they charged him. Things like they double charged for Coolant, They charged him for a break fluid change and CONDITIONER for the break fluid. When we brought the car back in a couple months later we were told it needed another break fluid and CONDITIONER change. Does anyone know how often a car needs to have new break fluid and CONDITIONER changed??? They were trying to take advantage of him again. There were many other charges that I had questions about. When I finally got ahold of Steven about this, I was told I would have to speak to Timo the service manager but he was gone for the day (at 2 pm) and he would call me the next morning. Of course the next day I heard nothing and when I called Steven told me that Timo wasn't there that day. I have tried calling (They have an automated phone system so you can't even talk to an operator, just leave a voice mail.) He has not called me back. I emailed him directly and that was ignored too. BE WARNED NOT TO TAKE YOUR CAR IN HERE, and if you do, I would not work with STEVEN A. I searched on this review site and found 5 other 1 star reviews about Steven. McGrath KIA- DO NOT post the generic response you are sorry and please call us. I have tried. More
Had a $4200 service contract added to my car loan after I repeatedly said I did not want one. Top it all off next to impossible to get ahold of the finance manager let alone for them to call you back. Got an repeatedly said I did not want one. Got an appointment to have the charge fixed and was told to go home come back tomorrow mind you it’s a one hour drive for me, or ”wait after the finance manager is done but he does have a lot of people”. Took my Telluride in for a recall. I was informed that a simple inspection would be needed first and parts would be ordered if required. I scheduled an appointment and was told it would take about 30 minutes, maybe 45 if they were busy. Consequently, I scheduled it with other errands in the area. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes after dropping it off, I went to the service desk and asked for my car keys back as I had other appointments to head to. Allegedly, they conducted the inspection because they told me they would order the parts. I told him they weren’t needed because I would find another dealership that could better communicate, manage my expectations and respect my time. The beauty of capitalism is there are two other Kia dealerships about the same distance from home that I can explore. More
