I contacted this dealer's service center for a minor repair. The repair, which usually takes 1-2 hours, took three days. It is impossible to get through to the service advisor. We worked with Kia and a replacement engine was covered under warranty and would be replaced for FREE. My FIL made the mistake of mentioning he was giving it to his granddaughter. He was then told that the car needed an additional $1,900+ worth of services which he paid for. The check engine light came on in the car and it was making a noise so we brought it back in about 3 months later. We got an estimate for another $1,900 more. I looked at the estimate and became suspicious. I got the original bill he was charged for the engine. I was in shock at what they charged him. Things like they double charged for Coolant, They charged him for a break fluid change and CONDITIONER for the break fluid. When we brought the car back in a couple months later we were told it needed another break fluid and CONDITIONER change. Does anyone know how often a car needs to have new break fluid and CONDITIONER changed??? They were trying to take advantage of him again. There were many other charges that I had questions about. When I finally got ahold of Steven about this, I was told I would have to speak to Timo the service manager but he was gone for the day (at 2 pm) and he would call me the next morning. Of course the next day I heard nothing and when I called Steven told me that Timo wasn't there that day. I have tried calling (They have an automated phone system so you can't even talk to an operator, just leave a voice mail.) He has not called me back. I emailed him directly and that was ignored too. BE WARNED NOT TO TAKE YOUR CAR IN HERE, and if you do, I would not work with STEVEN A. I searched on this review site and found 5 other 1 star reviews about Steven. Had a $4200 service contract added to my car loan after I repeatedly said I did not want one. Top it all off next to impossible to get ahold of the finance manager let alone for them to call you back. Got an repeatedly said I did not want one. Got an appointment to have the charge fixed and was told to go home come back tomorrow mind you it’s a one hour drive for me, or ”wait after the finance manager is done but he does have a lot of people”. Took my Telluride in for a recall. I was informed that a simple inspection would be needed first and parts would be ordered if required. I scheduled an appointment and was told it would take about 30 minutes, maybe 45 if they were busy. Consequently, I scheduled it with other errands in the area. After waiting an hour and 20 minutes after dropping it off, I went to the service desk and asked for my car keys back as I had other appointments to head to. Allegedly, they conducted the inspection because they told me they would order the parts. I told him they weren’t needed because I would find another dealership that could better communicate, manage my expectations and respect my time. The beauty of capitalism is there are two other Kia dealerships about the same distance from home that I can explore. More

One sales man told me they are not interested in my car which was honest and fair. I was then leaving. Then, another sales man older guy called me and said we will check and he came back with 3.5k for my car. Before 3.5k, he said to me, did nt you say you wanted 1500 for your car? Honestly, he should be ashamed on this behavior trying to cheat a customer that bad. Kia management should do something about such arrogant and dishonest salesman. He was very arrogant and disrespectful to me when I was leaving. I really appreciate honesty of first salesman but second salesman was so bad. Kia mangers- please take action on this. More
My mom's car overheated because the coolant hose popped off. Was towed to Kia and then we were informed that they just clamped it back on and asked if we wanted a coolant flush, we stated we did NOT want o off. Was towed to Kia and then we were informed that they just clamped it back on and asked if we wanted a coolant flush, we stated we did NOT want one due to the fact that it wasn't needed and the total of the repair was going to be $302.90. Well when I dropped her off to get her car a couple days later, the total came out to be $412 plus some change. We asked why did the price go up and the guy stated that it was because they DID end up doing a coolant flush saying we gave them permission to do one. So this guy LIED, his name is Humam Totonchi, put into the system that we gave permission to do so. Well we ended up leaving only paying the original total of $302.90 and going on our merry way. Today, the day after we picked up the car, Humam informed us that we are still responsible for paying the remaining balance and it will be charged to our account. Im not even sure if that is doable but either way, this place really f**ked up. NEVER go here unless you want to be charged for things you DON'T want or want to basically be pondering WTH is going on due to the lack of communication. More

Same experience as many others. We were given a price via text message. Went out and drove what we thought was the car as it looked the same but it had 20k more miles on it. Turns out that car wasn’t even there even though I called and confirmed before we drove out. The price was wrong by thousands compared to what we were told and the “deal” that I built on their website before going out. Finance manager then adds $5k in “options” despite my saying I didn’t want them. A $14k car online was $19k once we got there. Sales person was nice but was set up for failure by an incompetent staff and condescending finance manager. Bait and switch scam happening here. More

Service dept claims they cannot find anything wrong with the car, and the car is returned to me as it came in. Alarm goes off repeatedly, battery dies. The car has to be jumped every time it has to be used. Currently awaiting a phone call from Manny so that I can bring the car in for service. Service dept claims they do not have any loaners at this time. It's been months with this car's problem, and I'm paying for a car that doesn't work. BEWARE: DO NOT BUY/LEASE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE STUCK WITH A CAR THAT DOESN'T WORK More
