My experience with McGrath Acura was surprisingly pleasant. At most car dealerships salesmen are milling around, competing for your business. When we were ready to get more information about a vehicle, Mr. Vestuto was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. He knew the vehicle we were wanting to purchase well and was able to show us details I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. Mr. Vestuto and the finance manager Mr. Kabro worked well together and seemed genuinely committed to getting us the best price and deal on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. After all the paperwork was signed, Mr. Vestuto didn't just send us on our way, but arranged for Henry to show us the options in the car. Henry took his time, ensuring that I understood all of the features inside the vehicle. He helped me to pair my car with the handsfree headset in the vehicle, and also to upload my phone contacts. Overall the experience was fantastic and I would recommend McGrath Acura to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle. More

My last 2 visits to the service department, I have had the pleasure to work with Ryan. I bought my car used at this dealership in Feb 2012. I went to a different Acura dealer for my first oil change. The next time I came back to McGrath and was helped by Ryan. After working with Ryan, I will not take my business anywhere else. I work in the Customer Service industry myself. For me, the #1 thing I look for as a consumer is honest, good customer service. And Ryan provides just that. It starts with his greeting. He makes you feel comfortable and is very thorough. He addresses all needs and concerns and asks the appropriate questions to ensure my needs as a customer are fulfilled. He provides follow-up immediately after the service is provided. And following my visit last week, he even called me the next day to make sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. The truth is you do not find many companies with employees who provide this excellent level of service. It is unfortunate, but it is the truth. When I called to make my last appointment, I wasn't happy with the female I spoke with. She was not helpful. Therefore, I called back to find Ryan and he was able to provide me with the information I needed. Thank you, Ryan! Your hard work and dedication to Acura and your customers does not go unnoticed. This was now my second Acura. What a great experience, I was working with Phillip over the Phone about the advance program. He was great made sure the TL that I wanted was in there. I got there met with Keith it was straight forward no back and forth games I test drove the car because I was in a 2011 tsx but wanted to go alittle bigger. Both Keith and Phil work great together. To finish off my visit I seen Dean always great talking with him made me feel like family. If you want an Acura this is the best car dealership hands down. More
