My husband and I were looking for an affordable second car. It seemed like the stars aligned for us, because we were able to find and purchase a great used vehicle within an hour of showing up at this de car. We had been to a few others around the area, and out of everybody we spoke with, Sam Shaheen was by far the most likeable, genuine and helpful. He helped us to look around at cars in the freezing cold, and brought us all of the car's paperwork before we even had to ask for it (carfax, inspection reports, etc.) The car we ended up buying was 8 years old, and not exactly perfect, but it was just what we needed. I'm glad I came to McGrath's Acura in Westmont, and I hope to come back in a few years to buy a new Acura (when our budget loosens up a bit!) More
My Parents and I were in the area and decided to stop in and see if there were any good deals on used Acura RDX's. When we first entered the building, we were immediately greeted by Murad Alramahi and he directed my family and I to Paul Stewart who deals with pre-owned sales. Being a person who has worked in a retail setting for many years, I greatly appreciated the friendliness and warm hearted care/service that Paul gave us. Paul had a vibe that made my family and I want to purchase a car and that's what we ended up doing. Paul sat us down at his desk and he inquired us on details on exactly what we were looking for and what we were willing to spend. Once the information was obtained, Paul ran out and found 2 cars that were right up our alley. He knew of the cars right away too, showing that he has great knowledge of the current inventory of the dealership. Paul showed us 2 used RDX's (2010 RDX TECH and 2011 RDX TECH) and let us test drive one with him and the second one without him. Throughout the first drive, Paul showed great knowledge of the vehicle we were riding and all the features. Any question I or a family member of mine had, Paul knew the answer. After we were finished test driving the cars, my family and I decided to buy the newer 2011 RDX TECH. Paul gave us the numbers on the costs and the transaction went smoothly. We also had a trade-in by the way which Paul facilitated fast and efficiently. I really must say that Paul was probably THE BEST car salesman I have ever worked with. He was friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable. I've seen some very pushy car salesmen before who try to hard close people into making poor/bad decisions which I find is horrible because at the end of the day they are trying to provide customer service. Paul was far from these kind of salesman and I am truly thankful for his time and patience with selling us are newly bought used 2011 RDX Tech. If all salesmen or women are like Paul in your facility, you truly have an amazing sales staff. Today was truly a blessed day on 11/12/13. I initially brought my 2010 TL for servicing. While waiting,my brother and I looked around the showroom. Everybody acknowledged us,but there was something about Beth Markgraf's personality that was in waiting,my brother and I looked around the showroom. Everybody acknowledged us,but there was something about Beth Markgraf's personality that was infectious. We began talking,I told her about my love for my 2010 TL,she persuaded me to test drive the 2013 TL. Still not convinced,Nick entered the picture. After conversing with him about my options,and the fact my lease would expire in approximately 2 weeks,I signed the papers. I believe the gentlemen who explained the ins and outs of the car is named Henry,I'm sorry I forgot his last name. They all were a factor in my decision . More
