McGrath of Westmont gave me a great experience in my recent purchase of my Acura TL. I shopped online, requested online bids, and received numerous bids from various dealers. While McGrath wouldn't provide an online quote or one over the phone, they did promise to beat ANY offer that I received, and by an amount that would make it worth my while to drive down to their dealership (I am in the Northwest suburbs/McHenry county). I drove down and not only did they honor the offer from another dealership (which was already extremely low, other dealerships wouldn't match it), they beat it by $400! All around a great experience, no haggling, had the exact car that I had requested and there were no games or gimmicks. They treated me with absolute respect throughout the entire purchase and as I result, I will refer them to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a new or used Acura in the Chicagoland market. I would highly recommend this dealership, Lauri Cavin and Keith (the sales manager) specifically were excellent to work with. More

All this prep wasn't necessary for Paul Stewart listened to what we wanted and gave us exactly that. I will recommend Paul to ALL my family, friends, and strangers in the market for a new or used Acura. Mr. McGrath, do all you can to keep this guy around! Nick, the financing guy, got us a great rate and was not pushy with the additional insurance. (In two other dealerships, we've had the finance people lie and even get angry when we declined additonal insurance.) It was a win-win for all parties. More

In today's world, although a sad commentary, we sometimes can live right next door to someone and never really get to know them because we're just too busy. Debbie and I live 4 blocks away from Mc sometimes can live right next door to someone and never really get to know them because we're just too busy. Debbie and I live 4 blocks away from McGrath Acura in Westmont and after dealing with Chris and Dean and the rest of the staff there we feel like part of a family. We were treated fairly and with a smile. We walked away feeling like we were given a fair price. And we were made to feel like we had been welcomed into a family with the warm friendly people in the service department.
