I purchased a certified pre-owned from Brian Tom and he was fantastic. I have always heard great things about this dealership, and the service I received was truth of that. After I drove my car for a few days, the smell of smoke was prevalent from a previous owner. I called Tom and he arranged for my car to be put thru a special all-day cleaning which eliminated the smell. I was given a courtesy car to drive, and the work was done at no cost to me. That showed me they truly value the customer, and that I was not forgotten once I handed over my check for the car. Thank you all for the quality of service you provide. More
