I did the math and chose McGrath I visited McGrath Acura after viewing a used minivan in which i was interested. I initially met with Terry S., subsequently working with John V. as we I visited McGrath Acura after viewing a used minivan in which i was interested. I initially met with Terry S., subsequently working with John V. as well. Both very friendly and pleasant, and made me feel like a valued customer. I was interested in the car and Terry even offered to let me take it for an extended time to feel it out. They had no problem with me taking the car for a prepurchase inspection (which was nice, as you get some dealers/salespeople who acted as though you personally offended them if you ask to do that). The inspection revealed one major issue that needed to be addressed, which they did (thanks to Joe the service manager as well). They also did the little things, like put the car on a lift to show me the issues that were brought up in the report and show the work that was done to correct it. I’m not a mechanic, but it did give me a better understanding of what we were discussing. In the end, they made my buying experience pleasant (a breathe of fresh air there), they didn’t take forever to do the paperwork (I’ve sat for hours in the past in a dealership buying a car), and I thought the car was well priced to begin with (and even more so after they did the repair that it needed – the rest of the car checked out). I would definitely visit them again for a used car. More

When I was there it was very busy so if you see the car you want go to these guys and they'll make it happen quick. After arriving at the dealership to test drive the Infiti G37, I was greatly disappointed. Brian Tom was so helpful in steering me in the direction of what I truly wanted and needed in a car. After asking just 3 questions, he brought out a 2011 Acura TL that I fell in love with! He was extremely patient with me as I test drove the car 3 times and asked to see other colors (and eventually went with the first one that he brought out to me). I never felt pressured or that I was being obnoxious with all of my questions and requests. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a vehicle, Acura brand or not! More

She wanted to help and understood that this was not a decision that I was going to take lightly. Tony (used sales manager) was also welcoming and was the first sales person I encountered before he introduced me to Leslie. I was also on the fence towards the end because the car I had found was slightly out of my price range. They worked with me on the trade in price and stressed that they weren't sure if they could do any better, and didn't want me to leave with a poor taste in my mouth. They were able to work the trade in price and got me exactly were I needed to be. I should also mention that I used the Cost Co program in order to negotiate price. This got me a reasonable price without having to haggle. It provided me a blue book value, a whole sale value, and the dealer price was then in between. The car I was trading in was in poor condition, but they were still willing to give me slightly more more money to insure that I left happy (which in fact I did). I should also include some "bad" things. The car I bought needed to be cleaned slightly better when I left. There was a mark (bottom of a shoe?) on the passenger side door and some stuff on the outside. Nothing horrible, honestly, but if I noticed it before I left I would have mentioned it. The other issue (and I really don't think this is a unique McGrath issue), but it took forever. A lot of waiting around. I was there early (at 10:30am) and didn't get out until 2:45. Granted, the first 2 hours was finding and trying out cars, but overall the process is just so slow. All in all, I would recommend this to a friend. More

I couldn't decide whether to purchase my 2010 MDX Lease vehicle, upgrade to a new 2013 MDX or wait list for the 2014 MDX. Beth was new to the Car Business but had extensive professional experience with Customer & Employee Relations. She ensured that I had all the facts I needed to make an informed decision. She made the whole experience easy and ensured I got the right vehicle for the right price. At the end of this May, it will be 1 year since I upgraded into my 2013. Couldn't be happier with my decision! More
