Great Customer Experience !! I visited McGrath Acura on a Friday to look at some used MDX cars for a birthday gift to my wife. I was received by Patrick who asked a few questions I visited McGrath Acura on a Friday to look at some used MDX cars for a birthday gift to my wife. I was received by Patrick who asked a few questions to understand my requirements. He made all efforts to help me find a suitable match.He arranged a couple of umbrellas to walk around to see the vehicles as it was raining. I felt very comfortable talking to Patrick as he seemed respectful, friendly and most importantly not pushy. He was also mindful about my budget. After looking at a few models, I decided to up my budget to get a new model with fewer miles. We ended up picking a Charcoal Grey, took a test ride and I decided to purchase. After going back and forth with the manager, I felt like I got a good deal with trade in and proceeded with the paperwork.Upon verification with Carfax I noticed it was a front wheel drive. Both Patrick and I had a conversation about AWD during test ride and I thought I was getting one. When I brought this to his notice, he accepted the mistake and worked with the manager on a better deal and got me a AWD which I liked initially but passed due to the price. Patrick worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted including the bells and whistles I was asking for. I also had a good conversation with Dean Wareh who was the Finance Manager . Overall after spending a few hours at the dealer I walked out Happy with the Car I wanted and my wife was pleasantly surprised. More

Scheduled maintenance Ed Dryer has literally helped me maintain my last three Acuras! He always greats me warmly when he sees me and makes me feel welcome.
