SAM SHAHEEN is an EXCELLENT sales man, who DIDN’T pressure us into anything what so ever. Sam was also one of the MOST relaxed sales men I’ve ever dealt with in all of my car buying experiences. Another thing I really enjoyed about Sam, was he simply gave us the plate and didn’t join in on the ride. To be that’s very important. I don’t want to be intimidated by someone sales man talking my ear off as I’m trying to listen to the car. Great job Sam! Then came financing… Amiee is just as wonderful. Even after we agreed to an interest rate, she followed up the very next day with an even better APR. VERY VERY CUSTOMER FOCUSED! I’ve seen many “McGrath” plates around town, but now I can say I truly understand why. I couldn’t be a more Happier owner of my 2014 Acura TSX. Everyone should feel this way about buying a car. What's normally a very dreaded stressful life experience for some people McGrath Acura sets the bar in my opinion very high. As long as I can afford to treat myself to the best cars I've ever driven McGrath will always have my business. This is my 3rd Acura with them. Unprofessional and lied to us Sales people and managers were extremely unprofessional throughout the entire experience. Lied to us about a number of items regarding the vehicle and repairs they promised to do, but did not. I would never give a dealership like this my business and regret purchasing a vehicle from them. I have never had such a poor customer service experience with any company. Said they would fix a number of items before the vehicle was delivered and go over the vehicle entirely and make sure all problems were taken care of. They did fix a few items, but neglected to fix a number of other things. When we called for reimbursement after spending a few thousand to repair the items they neglected to, they claimed that the items they did not fix were not safety issues, meaning they were not obligated to fix them. I am in shock at how unprofessional the dealership and its employees, including the general manager, were throughout the entire experience. More

We never felt pressured, and they both search all of their inventory and every financing option to find us the best fit for our taste AND our budget. We found the car we wanted and it happened to be a tad over budget. No worries there, the finance manager Jae made sure to get us to the payment we were comfortable.
