I was grossly overcharged for a warranty, grossly overcharged for a maintenance p However, I’ve seen better sales managers on buy here/pay here lots. I was grossly overcharged for a warranty, grossly overcharged for a maintenance package, talked to rudely when they realized I was in a desperate position, and just generally made me, as a repeat Acura customer, hate the experience. Because of them, not only will I never buy another vehicle from a McGrath dealership, but I will also never buy another Acura, just in case I might have to deal with them in the process. More
