I went in for an oil change and differential fluid replace. Typically the service is good. However this time my service advisor didn’t review the inspection report that previous service provider has d replace. Typically the service is good. However this time my service advisor didn’t review the inspection report that previous service provider has done. Additionally after I got home from the appointment I received an email and text saying something required immediate attention. Only it didn’t say what it was. Keep in mind I was in the waiting room for an hour and a half and no mention of something needing immediate attention. It took 2 phone calls and an email to get an answer. The service provider said “it was the multi point inspection coming thru, no further action is needed at this time.” Thanks for the mini panic attack. More

Denise did help me a lot with very and I know most of service and sales experts so selecting place for my next car or any service need is very easy. Denise did help me a lot with very stressful situation as my old MDX wires were eaten by some critters beyond repair and I needed car right away. Whole process took less than 3 hours with over 1 hour test drive. Denise also selected best financing option possible and during all time I felt real need to help me and no one was taking advantage of situation. I highly recommend. More
