He was personable and very professional. I've never purchased a vehicle from any of the McGrath stores before and I made the 30 minute drive to purchase this one. The process was pressure free and smooth. They worked on getting me a good rate and worked my deal so I didn't have to put any money down. Greg Choina the finance manager took his time to explain all the documents that I was signing, and was very patient to repeat anything I didn't understand. Also I noticed a small scratch on the inside of the door and they had no problem with getting it repaired before I picked the vehicle up. Over all the process was seamless.
