I found my GMC Acadia on Cars.com. I never email a dealer about a car for the fear of being overwhelmed with ongoing calls, but I did it. I received a response within minutes of submitting the email. It was then followed with a call for Sam Shaheen introducing himself as my contact. He was great..!!! He wasn't pushy in his sales technic, which I would know seeing that I'm in sales myself. He was personable and very professional. I've never purchased a vehicle from any of the McGrath stores before and I made the 30 minute drive to purchase this one. The process was pressure free and smooth. They worked on getting me a good rate and worked my deal so I didn't have to put any money down. Greg Choina the finance manager took his time to explain all the documents that I was signing, and was very patient to repeat anything I didn't understand. Also I noticed a small scratch on the inside of the door and they had no problem with getting it repaired before I picked the vehicle up. Over all the process was seamless. I would recommend this dealer. Go see Sam, he'll treat you like family...!!! More
