I was trading in a dream car for family reasons and practicality. I have wanted an Acura for years now. I had been working with Nick L. in the past and we finally got a deal done which I didn’t think w practicality. I have wanted an Acura for years now. All the staff were very nice that I encountered and even shared some old war stories with a few fellow Veterans. Everything was smooth and easy and I wasn’t in there for 5 or 6 hours like I have been at different dealerships in the past. I was looking at a used car that was priced kinda high but what else is new, used car prices are up there. The car was really nice so kinda worth it. I asked what the price would be for every thing and but what else is new, used car prices are up there. The car was really nice so kinda worth it. I asked what the price would be for every thing and there was a preparation fee for $1290.00 on top of $660.00 doc fee. For $19000 car. Doc fee included new plates. I asked what the $1290.00 was for and was told cleaning and advertising. ???? I didn’t think that was kosher as a car advertised for 19000 should be available for 19000 not 20300. I walked away as the car was barely worth it as is and not worth the extra 1290. I gave them a bad review as it seemed like they were pulling a fast one that was borderline unethical. They didn’t appreciate it but that’s how I felt and people can take that with as many grains of salt as they want. At least they will be forewarned and can ask for the real price over the phone before they drive over there. More

This was the best experience I had while shopping for a car-I had been to two other dealers … ziegler in Schaumburg and Napleton Norhtwestern and had appoints to see cars at both I had appoints to but wh car-I had been to two other dealers … ziegler in Schaumburg and Napleton Norhtwestern and had appoints to see cars at both I had appoints to but when I got to each one cars were gone but the dealership failed to tell me before I got there. So made the trips for nothing.At Ziegler I was even texting with the person just before I left work and they said nothing . At McGrath Acura the staff was promised me they would tell me if the car sold before I got there they would call me. As fate would have it I went late after work. Even at their closing time , the staff was welcoming and professional and willing to work with me to buy my car. Sam shaheen was both professional and wanted me to get the best deal possible. I would recommend this dealership over any other and Sam Shaheen - a caring and thoughtful salesman. The owner was wonderful as well.
