1)Purchase of TLX2019,gave 2 free services and one free tire rotation(verified by Melissa) i) Certified free service valid till 2/15/2022 and used on 9/13/2021. ii) Free LOF/ROT valid 60months tire rotation(verified by Melissa) i) Certified free service valid till 2/15/2022 and used on 9/13/2021. ii) Free LOF/ROT valid 60months and NOT expired, and scheduled on 8/8/2022. Instead Rachel refused to give my free service, demanded 160% of service cost instead of free LOF/ROT, after the service was done. Earlier I was overcharged $24 for my former acura, but service manager (no longer there, escaped to Tesla) gave me a credit. 2.Compare the 9/13/21 (certified free service) and 8/8/22 service charges side by side. Same service but 60% higher price in just 11 months! The inflation reason given by Melissa has been grossly exaggerated. Predatory Pricing !! Labor is up 136% in 11 months maybe the cost of expert creative accounting, to make the rip off look legitimate. I should not have purchased my new car there because now I am stuck with the free preferred customer deal that I cannot use elsewhere. I had an Truecar offer and there tried to swap the car for a cheaper car at a higher price, then forced me to purchase at a preferred customer discount the extras that I cannot get like the free service. New management policy to inflate bills for service not performed. I have been there 24 years and the first 21 years were good but I am not going there again. Tried talking to Melissa Hansen but she complained about the cost of groceries and that I should not be complaining about a $11 extra, and ignored that I was charged $86 instead of free. The service manager refused to speak to me, Rachel demanded a rating of 10 ( that I did not give) because she wanted a bonus because she was buying a new house. Then Melissa called me and demanded that I remove my survey response because Kevin McGrath would not like it (again I agreed I would remove it only if I got my refund) I could not leave my car there least they do something to it, so I was forced to pay $86 for what should have been free. I will never go back there but I still need my refund of $86. More
