Seen Mercedes cls 500 priced at a great price on line around 8 pm, so I emailed in thinking I would get a response in the morning. Not only did I get an email response about 5 minutes after wards, I also around 8 pm, so I emailed in thinking I would get a response in the morning. Then first thing that morning Tom Sinno gave me a call to discuss in detail. Drove 4 ½ hours the following day and was welcomed with great customer service. But the best experience was with the finance manager Nick Kabro. He didn’t hold any punches and gave only facts pertaining to the deal. I came down there Financed by BOA and he called to get me an even better interest rate and made sure the deal was a win for both parties. My wife and I came into this dealership due to best deal from them compare to other chicagoland ACURA dealer. Paul Stewart and the folks at McGrath made my recent car buying experience probably the best ever. I was greeted in a very prompt, genuine, and non aggressive manner when I first arrived at the dealership buying experience probably the best ever. Paul was extremely curteous and made me feel at ease as we worked our way to his office to discuss the used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I might add too that the interior of the dealership is delightful. From the expressor bar to the mini golf for the kids, everything was perfect. I believe too that I was eventually able to get a fair price after some friendly back and forth about the vehicle after the test drive which resulted in me deciding to go ahead with the purchase. Again, Paul was a wonderful professional throughout and I genuinely felt he wanted to make me the best deal possible. The last thing I might add is that the used vehicle I purchased was a Cadillac, not an Acura. Again, I was treated like I was buying a top of the line Acura so hats off to Paul and the McGrath staff.
