We worked with Paul on the purchase of our beautiful 2011 Acura MDX. We visited many other brands and other dealers in the area. Generally speaking, my wife and I were very disappointed in the other dealer Acura MDX. We visited many other brands and other dealers in the area. Paul does what he says, is customer focused and attentive. After the purchase we have been in contact a number of times, and paul has done a great job overall. We'll buy another car from McGrath, and from Paul. Nick also got us financing we were very happy with, which was quick and painless. We nearly purchased a lesser and different brand of vehicle, but ended up paying a little more for the Acura (It was a good deal and higher end car in the MDX.) And we ended up being a far happier customer! I am so pleased with the decision we went with. Other Dealerships just don't compare. Heather and I have no regrets and we're so happy with the truck. Bauti also checked up on us after we had purchased the MDX and thanked us again for buying from him. Dean was easy to work with on the finance side as we were able to come to a deal on the MDX that was the best for Acura and for us. Dean was also knew that our time was valuable and tried to move along the buying process as smoothly and efficiently as possible. I went to several dealerships before ending up at McGrath Acura of Westmont. McGrath of Westmont is well laid out with a great customer waiting area without looking like an Abt demo kitchen. No strike against Abt, I love Abt! I worked with Phillip Masionis to purchase the car. I felt comfortable with Phillip immediately. He was very efficient and easy to work with. I had my parameters when I walked in, Phillip was able to find the cars that matched my parameters quickly. After the test drive, we quickly made and agreement on the price of the car. It was the most stress free car purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend working with Phillip. Dean Wareh is an absolute pleasure to work with. I don't have any credit issues, much like the sale with Phillip, Dean did his work quickly. He gave me a great rate and offered a great price on the warranty. When I am in the market again, I would happy work with Phillip and Dean again. More

I walked in and my car was sitting in the warmth waiting for me to look at it... which was lovely since it was 19 degrees outside. Chris answered any questions I had and was there for what I needed without having the feeling of a pushy salesman breathing down my neck. It was by far the most pleasant purchase I have ever made! Dean Wareh really had his work cut out for him! I do not have good credit and he had to work his magic to make it possible for me to purchase a vehicle. He spent countless hours talking with banks explaining my situation and he was able to find one that was willing to finance me. It was no easy task for him but instead of moving on to the next easy customer, he helped me. It was a great experience and I couldn't be more thankful! Just make sure it isn't close to your kids nap time when you walk into his office because your kids will have a sugar high from jelly beans :) More
