We value each customer and want to deliver the best car buying experience each and every time. It is sometimes hard to clearly identify where one’s responsibilities lie, particularly in special circumstances like this one. We were quick to offer our assistance when you voiced the problem with the dent on July 8th. You described the dent to me as small and on the surface. We wanted to help you in any reasonable way we could. A small surface dent can be easily repaired with a process called paintless dent repair at a cost of about $200. When the dent was examined on the following Thursday the full scope of damage was realized. The damage was noticeable and dramatic and could not have been missed by the 4 employees and yourself on delivery. Beyond this, we checked our video footage of your vehicle before delivery and found the car to have no damage. Regardless of fault we are willing to help. I appreciate the timely response for this hasn't been easy for me in any sense, and both time and money play a large role in my life, for which I have little of both. I am sorry that I am not able to call and talk about said issue, because of the lack of time to do so. What are you willing to do on your end to correct this said issue? I can not accept calling my insurance company to fix the damages, nor can I pay for this out of pocket. Also, were the cameras looked at during the cleaning of the car, such as in the repair shop when they were prepping the car for me to pick it up? Or was the video footage just of the day time, and out door footage? Let me know what needs to be done, and how to absolve this situation, so that reviews can go to a proper manner across the board, Yelp, Google, Dealerater, etc.
