Once again I have to complement Ryan (service rep), the service department and the dealership for their outstanding customer service and service. I have purchased a lot of new cars, from a lot of different dealerships, but I can not remember another dealership that was as committed to total service and ownership satisfaction. It all started from the time I purchased my ZDX, one of the best experiences purchasing a car in a long time. No pressure, explained everything, felt I was given a great deal and walked away thinking I was not taken. Next came when it was time for regular services, made an appointment time, got the car in, was given the option for a loner car, an option I appreciate and hard to find from other dealers (not that I take advantage of it but it is nice to have the option). I am given a completion time and I can not remember it taking any extra time then quoted. This is a credit to the service tech that knows his/her department & mechanics. Waiting in the new lounge area with the complimentary drinks & snacks, very nice, what else can I say about that. To top it off the best experience I have had is the attention I have received from Ryan in the service department. I am sure all of the service tech are great at there jobs, but the experience I have had with Ryan is that he goes above and beyond the normal to make sure I am satisfied and that my car is 100% when it leaves the dealership. From oil changes, to reapplying the paint protection, and if I have any questions he answers them. Last but not least is Ryan's commitment to customer satisfaction, i feel it is un-matched. My latest issue was with my rims. Even though my car is a 2010, the chrome on the rims (an expensive up-graded rim when the car was purchased new) started to peal. Ryan told me what new rims would cost, but said that before I bought new rims that he would investigate on what he could do through Acura & the dealership. In the end he was able to convince the higher powers and got the rims replaced. How much more can I say about the dealership and the service department (especially Ryan)!!! After coming to grips with the fact that my vehicle of the past 12 years could no longer be resuscitated, I decided to shop for a new or slightly used car. I immediately fell in love with the Acura TL, but thought it may be out of my price range. After deliberating with the idea of buying an Infinity G37X, something told me to return to the Acura dealer I had visited a few days prior. That day I met a salesman, Bauti Yarbrough, who approached me in the lot who seemed much obliged to assist me. Bauti showed me some of the TL's and TSX's and thoroughly explained various features, while sitting in them so that I could try them on for size. Days later I felt that it was a "no brainer" and I ultimately went with a Certified Pre-owned 2012 TSX. Bauti was very knowledgeable, professional and most importantly patient with me, as I handled negotiations with the finance guy. I had an awesome experience at McGrath Acura and was especially appreciative of Bauti's willingness to make sure I was satisfied throughout the dreaded car buying process. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating and we never felt pressured. Bauti was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. My family has a long history with McGrath dealerships and every 36 months I get excited to lease a brand-new vehicle. This year, my lease was up on my 2010 TSX and I was excited to be a "free agent" again and have the opportunity to consider any brand I wanted. I spent lots of time online looking at all the car companies and then I decided to schedule a test drive of a 2013 TL with the Advance package. Bauti Yarbrough was very understanding of my excitement to be able to shop around and he took the time to answer all of my questions and show me the TL. I had every intention just to look at the TL and be on my way, however after driving it again I simply could not pass up the amazing value and performance the car provides. Keith Muehl was wonderful to work with and gave me the deal I needed to stay with Acura and the McGrath family. Dean Wareh helped me with my registration and gave me fantastic tips to save me big time on the high insurance payments I was making without even knowing there was a better way. When it was time to pickup the new car, Henry Rose pulled the TL into a special area where you get accustomed with the car and he showed me everything that changed from my TSX. The staff even cleaned my plates for me and installed them on my new TL. Overall, there is nothing like buying a car at the McGrath Acura dealership in Westmont. From my first phone call with Bauti to me pulling it out of the dealership and getting high-fives and thumbs-up from the staff, these guys do everything they can to make you feel like you are important and matter. I am so happy with my purchase and look forward to calling them again in 36 months for a new one! More

After speaking with him I met Nick Kabro(finance manager).He was very laid back and worked with me to find a payment that I felt comfortable with. All during this process they were very hospitable and will be helping me in the future with an extra key, manual, etc. Their service department waiting area has a complimentaty, mini cafe with gourmet coffee's, pastries, etc. while you wait for your car to be serviced. More

We negotiated honestly and sealed the deal on our certified pre-owned RDX. The dealership met all our requests and the RDX was delivered on time. I worked with 2 local dealerships when I was ready to purchase a new RDX. I am very glad that I decided to go to McGrath. I initially put in a price request online, and Phillip called me back within mo purchase a new RDX. I am very glad that I decided to go to McGrath. He was not pushy, and told me to let him know when I was ready to come in for a test drive. A couple nights later, I met with Phil and he had me test drive the vehicle. He went over pricing and told me to let him know if I wanted to move forward on the purchase. The next evening, I went to a competitor, Napleton in Elmhurst. The internet salesman there also had me drive the vehicle, and gave me his best price, which was about $600 less than McGrath. However, I felt like the salesman at Napleton was playing games on my trade. So, I left Napleton that evening. As soon as I got in my old car, I called Phil. He told me he would get under Napleton's price by $500 if I came back in to see him. I then met with Phil again a few days later. Of course, in the meantime, Napleton called to give me a price $200 less than McGrath's new best offer. When I met with Phil the second time, he was able to get me where I wanted to be. I should mention that Dean helped to get the deal done. He and Phil worked together to make sure I didn't leave for their competitor, as they knew I wanted to buy the car. At all times when I was at McGrath, I was treated professionally and how a customer should be treated. Of course, the dealing process can be difficult at times. But, during that whole process, Phil and Dean treated me like they wanted my business. After all the papers were signed and the deal was done, Henry showed me all of the features of the vehicle. He, like all of the other employees I came in contact with, was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would certainly recommend McGrath Acura to all of my friends and family. More
