I worked with a number of dealerships through the shopping process, • The salesperson that you work with is a fundamental component of a used car purchase and the staff at McGrath of Westmont stood out among other dealerships that I worked with as part of the shopping process. • I found that other dealerships used salespeople to present options, but did not empower them to negotiate an agreement. In fact, offers were oftentimes sent to a sales manager that I never met, which I found to be ineffective and impersonal. I thought Westmont’s sales manager, John, was extremely approachable, and provided the perfect level of support to his sales team to come to an agreement • I found the quality and selection of inventory at McGrath of Westmont to be unmatched and their team did a great job to explain the certification process and instill confidence in their servicing support post purchase.
