I have been shopping in different dealers for Acura. I have acura of Naperville is just one mile distance from my home but their service is not good. Same Arlington height platine is not good too. I walked into the dealership on a Friday not exactly expecting to buy a car. Chris was very friendly, funny, relaxed, and certainly not pushy. GAVE ME A GOOD PRICE, AND GOT THE CAR. 2 MONTHS LATER THE PAINT FROM THE FRONT BUMPER WAS COMING OFF.I STOP BY THE DEALERSHIP HOPING THAT WAS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. I TALKED TO JOHN AND TOLD ME THAT HAPPEN DUE TO ROCKS. HE GOT 2 MORE GUYS TO LOOK AT IT AND ONE OF THEM SAID THE SAME THING. THE OTHER SAID IT WASNT FROM ROCKS, THE PAINT WAS PEELING OFF. SO THEY ALL GO INSIDE TELL TO HOLD ON AND AFTER HALF AN HOUR THEY COME BACK AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE SENDING MY VEHICLE TO THE BODY SHOP TO GET IT PAINTED THEY EVEN GAVE ME A LOANER CAR. I WAS VERY HAPPY NOT JUST WITH JOHN, BUT WITH ALL THE STAFF AT ACURA MCGRATH OF ACURA. THANK YOU GUYS! More

My wife and I went to McGrath Acura today in hopes of test driving a couple cars and if the situation was right, to purchase one.
