McGrath Acura of Westmont

I purchased an RDX 2021 from MCGRATH Acura with an extended warranty of 96 months. The extended warranty maintenance plan was subcontracted to EG Assurance. My 4 years warranty with Acura is expiring extended warranty of 96 months. The extended warranty maintenance plan was subcontracted to EG Assurance. My 4 years warranty with Acura is expiring soon so I decided to register my vehicle with the EG Assurance. In order to register, I needed VIN number and a PIN number. The PIN number was not provided to me when I signed the contract. I called MCGRATH at least a dozen times to ask for the PIN and each time I mentioned the extended warranty, I was put on hold and noboby wanted to talk to me. I even called the service department and left all my info multiple times. To this day, I still have not received a response from MCGRATH. Honestly, I am wondering whether the extended warranty That I purchased was all a scam. More

All of the staff exhibited exceptional courtesy, respect and product knowledge. My overall impression of McGrath Acura – Westmont was 'impressive'. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for professionalism, courtesy and a great deal. I can't imagine finding a dealer that will treat me better than McGrath Acura - Westmont and I'm just not limiting my comparison to only Acura dealers.
