I can’t tell you how difficult it is as a woman to be taken seriously at a car dealership. Best of all she knows how to read her clients, she listens to our wants and our NEEDS. She read me correctly and helped me pick not just the car but the model that best suited my wants and needs. I admit I can be a difficult client because I research things exhaustively which can be a challenge but I was incredibly thankful Noonya listened and then took the time to give me more information and steer my in the right direction. I am a client who appreciates some guidance and she provided it. She is also so nice and friendly and made it a fun experience, honestly who can say they’ve had fun buying/leasing a car? I was looking for a used car & wanted to test dri My experience with McGrath Acura in Morton Grove was excellent from the moment I walked in the door. I was looking for a used car & wanted to test drive a few cars & honestly didn't intend to buy anything that day. Keisha greeted me at the entrance & immediately after we sat at her desk, she went to work. She asked what I was looking for in a car. After I told her what I wanted in very general terms, she came back with the keys to a "surprise" vehicle that was in the underground garage. She pulled it out & we took it on a test drive. It was a perfect fit for me in terms of features & price. Keisha was extremely knowledgeable about the Acura brand. She took time with me to explain & demonstrate all of the features of the vehicle we test drove & that I eventually purchased. I finalized the purchase terms with Keisha & went to see Aimee in Finance. Aimee was also very good at her job & we processed the paperwork to complete the purchase & title work in a short time As I was leaving, Keisha stopped me to congratulate me again & give me a gift of 2 Acura keychains! All in all, it was a wonderful car buying experience & not at all what I had expected from the horror stories I'd heard about buying a used car. I would not hesitate to return to McGrath Acura for future car purchases. And I highly recommend that you ask for Keisha Pettigrew. More
