Worst car buying experience I have ever had. We had financing done and walked in with a check in hand and appointment to pick up the car. Took 2 1/2 hrs! Sales Manager lied to us, car wasn’t ev We had financing done and walked in with a check in hand and appointment to pick up the car. Took 2 1/2 hrs! Sales Manager lied to us, car wasn’t even ready - had to put gas in etc. Was told the day before they would just reverse it and then tell us that they have to mail us a check. Seriously? we live in Wisconsin and they do not have any idea how to handle that sale. Had a question and had to call five times over seven hours and demand they get someone on the phone before I got to talk to someone and didn’t get an answer anyway. We bought a $50k vehicle and had better service when we bought cheap used cars in the past! More

Visited to take a look at a CPO Acura TLX. Nick was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and he and the sales manager put together a great deal and a fair trade-in price.
