Visited to take a look at a CPO Acura TLX. Nick was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and he and the sales manager put together a great deal and a fair trade-in price. The fact that I waited more than 4 hours for my car to be detailed after the promised time, ruined the whole process. Whoever mages the detailers needs to better understand how to deploy resources to make th detailed after the promised time, ruined the whole process.
