I have been a loyal customer of McGrath Acura's service department in Morton Grove for over 20 years, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Paul Tran. Paul has consistently offered outstanding department in Morton Grove for over 20 years, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Paul Tran. Paul has consistently offered outstanding support, professionalism, and timely updates on my vehicle for more than 12 years. Recently, I experienced two particularly notable encounters demonstrating Paul's exceptional service. The first occurred after hitting a high curb, resulting in two blown-out tires. Stranded on the side of the road after hours and unsure of what to do, I texted Paul. To my relief, he promptly responded with clear instructions for towing my car to the dealership and assured me a loaner vehicle would be ready first thing the next morning, allowing me to get to work without further disruption. The second instance happened during this week's intense heat wave when my air conditioning failed. Paul immediately invited me to bring the car in, promptly arranged a loaner vehicle, and efficiently managed the necessary communications and repairs through my extended warranty provider. Throughout this process, Paul kept me regularly informed and ensured everything proceeded smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend McGrath Acura of Morton Grove's service department, primarily due to the unparalleled professionalism, extensive knowledge, and exceptional customer care provided by Paul Tran. We flew from Tennessee to Chicago to purchase an automobile that had been traded into the dealership.
