I went in for a state inspection sticker. I always get good service at the Acton Subaru service department. The technicians are friendly and pleasant. The wait times are reasonable. Terrrible dealership and overall auto and will never deal with them again. They don't value their customers and are clearly only out for a sale. Dealt with several employees but the ones that stick out are with them again. They don't value their customers and are clearly only out for a sale. Dealt with several employees but the ones that stick out are those that treated me like absolute GARBAGE. TROY WARD and JOHN DORAN have no concept of dealing with customers and what it takes to even ATTEMPT to make someone happy. As a first time customer, you would've thought they would've wanted my business to continue but instead they ruined it and my word of mouth is to tell everyone how terrible of a dealership and auto group they are. My issue was post-sale and the way my credit was pulled, so I reached out to TROY WARD and CC'd PABLO FUENTES who was the business manager and the also included the sales manager in the mix. It took OVER A WEEK before ANYONE responded to me TROY WARD finally responded telling me he had a death in the family, WHICH I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND, but... WHO RUNS THE SHIP WHEN YOU'RE NOT IN TOWN? NO ONE else can handle the problem, during your absence. SHAME ON YOU. Regardless, I wanted the problem solved and he pretended he was going to help me but then further lectured me and talked down to me with some link to CNBC article in regards to my situation. He didn't like my response so he quickly acted like a child and passed the buck over to his legal counsel JOHN DORAN, who essentially treated me like definitely someone they do not want back ever again. Pretty disturbing because they showed their true colors from the original encounters, where most of the transaction before during and after were decent and better than most dealerships. Apparently you really see how people are when they aren't making money off of you. I traveled a distance to this dealership and WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM EVER AGAIN and will TELL EVERYONE about this situation. Customer service is before, during and after, not just to make the sale. STAY FAR, FAR, FAR AWAY FROM TROY WARD AND THIS DEALERSHIP AND AUTO GROUP. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMER HORRIBLY AND AREN'T THEIR TO HELP THEM AT ALL. More
