On 2. 27. 2026, I purchased my third Subaru Forester from McGovern Subaru of Acton (formerly Village Subaru of Acton). In total, this is my family’s fifth S 27. 2026, I purchased my third Subaru Forester from McGovern Subaru of Acton (formerly Village Subaru of Acton). In total, this is my family’s fifth Subaru from this dealership and third purchased from Neil Prendergast. Neil is friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable and he listens! This was an emotional purchase that I was not ready to make, but was forced to because my car was totaled in an accident. Neil spent a lot of time helping me choose the right Certified preowned car that would fit me and my budget. Neil compared Kelley Blue Book, JD Power and CarGuru numbers to support the great deal I was getting. Neil is the absolute best at what he does. My family will always do business with Neil Prendergast and McGovern Subaru. More
First time visiting this shop for service and Eric helped me book an appointment that worked for me. I was greeted by Mike when I arrived and he quickly got my car in, got me a loaner and helped me transfer me book an appointment that worked for me. I was provided with a report on what needed to be repaired along with recommendations for what I should also get completed. Clear concise report with no pushing to get the recommendations completed! Everything went smoothly until I picked up vehicle. When I arrived to have inspection sticker done they said their system was not rated for the weight of my truck. I assume when I buy a vehicle they have the appropriate equipment to provide an inspection sticker. I drove over an hour to be told I will have to find an inspection station for the sticker, pay the $35 fee then submit all that back to them so I can be reimbursed. It wouldhave been nice if they either found a place to have the sticker done and had one of their service staff get the sticker or at a minimum give inspection stations that would accommodate my truck near my home. More

They moved! Glad employees no longer have to run across a busy road! I had a warning light on intermittently, TPMS.
