These guys were freindly and sincere, offered us the best Subaru pricing in the NE area compared to the the other dealers that called us through carsdirect.com on a 2012 Outback. The amount they gave us on o Subaru pricing in the NE area compared to the the other dealers that called us through carsdirect.com on a 2012 Outback. The amount they gave us on our trade was a 15% better than what other dealers offered and they stayed open an hour after their closing time so that we could test drive a 2013 outback. We purchased our 2013 outback from village subaru as a result of their commitment to answer our questions and meet our needs. We will be purchasing a second outback from them later this month, no carsdirect.com this time. More
I had to lease a car quickly. My family has been buying Subarus from John and Anthony at Village Subaru for years, and we've always had great experiences. For that reason, this time around I didn't hesitat Subarus from John and Anthony at Village Subaru for years, and we've always had great experiences. For that reason, this time around I didn't hesitate to reach out to them again for another car. They were quick, professional, and didn't feed me any lines or BS. Just gave a great deal (I did a lot of research beforehand) and made the entire expense surprisingly easy/wonderful. Would definitely recommend Village Subaru, and will definitely be sending friends/family back whenever I hear they need a car. More
Our 12 year old Subaru had a sudden expensive repair, so we decided to quickly replace it over the weekend. We barely had time to research anything and saw a car on Village Subaru's website that we liked. W we decided to quickly replace it over the weekend. We barely had time to research anything and saw a car on Village Subaru's website that we liked. We came in and immediately were greeted by Lincoln MacDonald on the sales team. I came into there in extreme defense mode but was SO ridiculously surprised by how we were treated. Both Lincoln as well as the financial guy (I'm kicking myself that I don't remember his name) were spectacular. We felt NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER, and got a great price on the 12 year old trade in. We were even driven to the old car to take the plates off and get our things. I not only recommend this place to everyone (and will to friends/family) but am also considering buying a car here myself very soon just because of this experience. A perfectly atypical dealership experience. More

He really worked with us to get us into the car WE wanted. At no point did I ever feel he was trying to sell us anything. He handled everything for us and all we had to do was sign the paperwork! The whole dealership was very accommodating and our experience was wonderful. If you are in the market for a new or used Subaru I would HIGHLY recommend taking a drive down to Village Subaru and speaking with Anthony!! More

These guys at Village Subaru in Acton, MA made it easy and painless, and it was even pleasurable. My wife and I got a great deal on our new Subaru Outback and we got a great trade in value for our Honda Civic. I can't think of one thing that could have improved the level of service we received. John Olesen, Anthony Romano and Dave Mack were all courteous, timely, honest and helpful. I plan to purchase from Village Subaru in Acton, MA again. More

The dealer was selling a used 2001 Forester with 49K. Car looked mint and low miles. I took the car to have it inspected and was informed that the car looked like it had been sitting in salt water. I f Car looked mint and low miles. I took the car to have it inspected and was informed that the car looked like it had been sitting in salt water. I found contact info of another potential buyer (left mailing address in the car) who had the car inspected too. He told me that he had told the dealership the car was only good for parts and was a "rust bucket". In fact the dealer went to great lenghts to cover up the rust. i would not trust these guys. Anyway i got off easy $75 some poor chump will by this rust heap and be out 8-10K. I would expect this kind of con from some fly by night dealer, but coming from a Suburu franchise is very disappointing More
