McGovern Hyundai Brockton has an F rating with the BBB, wish i saw that before I purchased with them. They advertised a car that they didn't even have on the lot. They showed me a (more expensive) car th wish i saw that before I purchased with them. They advertised a car that they didn't even have on the lot. They showed me a (more expensive) car that had "matte" paint, but neglected to tell me the extent of the care required, including that car can't be washed at a commercial car wash. i live in Boston and park on the street, so have nowhere to wash the car. When I looked at the owner's manual, there is a card that is supposed to be signed by dealer and buyer informing about special paint care, but I was never shown that. Also, the finance manager told me I needed to purchase a $3000 extended service agreement to qualify for financing, but when I looked at the contract, it said extended service contract is not required. I didn't try to haggle at all, only wanted the deal they had advertised, but ended up paying much more, due to unethical/ manipulative sales practices. Don't shop McGovern Hyundai. More

I was in with my new Tucson today for a noise in the drivers seat. At first it wouldn’t make the sound i had been hearing. Both Colin and Anthony assisted be Jay showed patience and we finally got the s drivers seat. At first it wouldn’t make the sound i had been hearing. Both Colin and Anthony assisted be Jay showed patience and we finally got the seat to make the noise. It took a while but thats ok they located and repaired the seat to my absolute satisfaction. Mcgovern should be proud and appreciative to have great technicians working in their service department. I know i appreciate them. More

Ladies beware! They did unnecessary work on my wife's car, charging her $100 for a cabin filter change (a $6 amazon part and a 2 minute change).
