I was disappointed at the end of the day when I texted my service advisor to request a ride back to the dealership. She never responded. I was lucky enough to have a friend who was able to bring me there

Financed a vehicle, wanted to sleep on what was being offered because it didnt sot right with me. Went to look at a specific vehicle and was never shown the car after asking three times and was pushed into financing a car of their choice. Bought the car 1/25, due to not having title, did not receive car and keys in hand till 3/25. Now it is 11/25 and car stalled on highway with an engine issue. Needless to say it has been a nightmare and am trying to trade it in for a different vehicle. This was my first car buying experience. Never again.
Went into the dealership yesterday for a routine oil change, however, my check engine light was on. That obviously raised concerns for me, but the staff, specifically Normand, made it such a laid back atmosphere and made sure I was taken care of. Before I knew it, he was getting my car taken care of and had me leaving happy and confident in the work. Always love going to this service department!
