He answered all my questions and took the time to completely go over all the features of the Elantra and even set up my Blue Tooth for me. I went to this dealership with specifics in mind. At first I was a little taken back but it was the best thing he did. We immediately new that we did qualify and now it was just finding the "perfect" car and that was easy. Patrick Coffey the sales manager came over with his first offer and I indicated to him my budget and he made it work. No haggling. No long hours of deal haggling. My experience was great and I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership, Tom or Patrick. Tom is very relaxed and not pushy. He listened and made my experience great.
