Hyundai sells me a new car with a bad air compressor, and McGovern Hyundai refuses to fix it under warranty until the end of the summer when I don't need it anymore. It's over 90 degree out! Dealing with Madeline Lee who holds the title of Internet Manager/BDC. She is rude and rather uneducated on the auto industry considering her position. She claims you NEED to come into the dealership to get Manager/BDC. She is rude and rather uneducated on the auto industry considering her position. She claims you NEED to come into the dealership to get a deal close to MSRP vs their inflated pricing. She is the person that “runs” the department that is supposed to drive internet traffic which could be from, in theory anywhere in the world. Simple concept flustered her and then she raised her voice. When I asked for her manager a few times the request was not honored. Instead she hung up on me. I tried calling the GM, GSM, and SM at the phone numbers listed on their website but I didn’t receive a callback. I guess this place feels the Wild West approach still works in the automotive industry. They should be ashamed of themselves. More
