Alan's customer service was the best we have ever experienced. He kept us well informed during our car's repair and when they had some trouble figuring out what was wrong he kept on top of things and experienced. I brought my Kia Amanti in because the check engine light was on and the car ran poorly. Richard Pearson took the car in and was able to identify and fix the problem. In addition, during the free multi-point was on and the car ran poorly. Richard Pearson took the car in and was able to identify and fix the problem. In addition, during the free multi-point inspection, they found my front brakes were thin. If I had driven much further the pads would have scored the rotors and I would have to replace them. They were able to do the brake job and resurface the rotors saving me over $150.00 if I had to replace the rotors. I highly recommend Bernardi Hyundai and Richard. More
Great customer service. We had a hiccup with my deposit, but they were able to fix this promptly. The new car is excellent (and the car of the year for it's type). I took my chev. Colbolt in for oil change and ask to check brakes the said that automatic. Then when oil sencer wasn't reset he look it up on his own and took care of it. Went in with a strange smell from my car. I could not give them any more specific information. They checked the car, no problems, no smell. The mechanic who worked on the car came out and spoke with me a give them any more specific information. They checked the car, no problems, no smell. The mechanic who worked on the car came out and spoke with me and I explained the situation to him and he decided to let the car run for a few minutes to get hotter and then the smell emerged and they found the problem right away. I needed to wait 2 days for a part, but the arranged to a rental car which picked me up at the dealership in 5 minutes. More
