I was given a very fair deal on my trade-in and a wonderful deal on my new car purchase. The Hyundai name stands for itself and with Employees like Peter and a dealership like Bernardi, I feel they are the absolute perfect match! I can pull into their service bay whenever I am in the area and they will top off my windshield washer fluid...Now that's service!!! More

Richard was very helpful during my visit. He arranged a shuttle drop off for me so that I could get to the train station. Initially I indicated that I would not need a ride back to the dealership however shuttle drop off for me so that I could get to the train station. Initially I indicated that I would not need a ride back to the dealership however my plans changed and thus needed one. I called Richard and he immediately set up a ride for me that was waiting for me when I got off of the train. It saved me from a 3 mile walk through Brockton. He was informative of the repairs that were going to be done and also let me know what the approximate cost would be. More
I went to another Hyundai dealership the day before and they were disrespectful to us and had the worst experience ever. We then decided to go to Bernardi to look at some cars and I couldnt believe the exc they were disrespectful to us and had the worst experience ever. We then decided to go to Bernardi to look at some cars and I couldnt believe the excellent service we received. They were all kind, courteous, respectful, actually listened to what we were saying, they answered every question we asked and gave us exactly the price we were looking for. I brought my 13 year old nephew with us and there was a bbq for the customers and they made sure he had food, drinks and popsicles. They even let him look and sit in all the cars. They made sure he was happy and entertained while we were purchasing a car which helped us out a lot. I am telling everyone about Bernardi and sending them all there for a new car. This was the first time I bought a brand new car and it was the best experience I ever had. Soooo happy with my purchase and the service I received. This dealership is an hour from my house and I will go back there when I plan on buying another new car. More
I bought my 2012 Elantra Sept of 2011. I found a much better price than other dealers I had seen. Others had tacked on a charge because the car was in big demand and short supply. Sean was very helpful in finding me the car I wanted and made the process enjoyable. Since then I've been back for scheduled maintenance and even that is a pleasant experience. I very nice showroom and waiting area, even a discount on breakfast at the cafe at their sister dealership next door. This is the 1st new car we've bought in many years. Based on our experience we'll be back ....my wife's turn next time. She's really liking the idea of a Sonata. More
I went in for a new tire and stalling issues. Went in a week ago looking at a Sonata or an Elantra. Right away I did not feel comfortable since two sales people were fighting over who would help me. Turns out I got the bad end of that deal. Our salesperson had a tough time speaking English. Never introduced himself (still don't even know the guys name). I gave a budget for a monthly payment and was insulted at their first offer. Then a manager was called in. Fairly nice guy at first. Was insulted again by the counter offer. I decided to leave. One more offer was thrown my way, but it was still too far off even with doubling my down payment. I gave it some thought and called back to see what my payment would be with a higher down. Finally an offer I liked. So I go back to the lot to look at the car and do the deal and to my surprise I had been bait and switched. Completely different car. Nothing I wanted for a higher monthly cost. This was the last insult I could handle. Two days later, I tried emailing the manager to see about sacrificing a model year and a feature or two to get me in at the right price. Two days passed, so I tried again - still nothing. I was flat out ignored. Apparently my business was not valued here, so I tried another dealer in the area to see if maybe they would be interested in earning a new customer. Today I called at 11AM and after a few emails back and forth and a short visit after work, I was signing off on a nicer Elantra Limited with all the features for only a fraction more than Bernardi offered. I was fine with the little extra because sometimes you have to pay a premium for the great service I received. I know there are lots of happy Bernardi customers. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day. However, based on this being my worst car buying experience, I would recommend trying at least 3 other area dealers first. To think that one simple reply to an email could have gotten you a sale... If this happened in my line of sales, you could get fired. Oh well. They made my decision that much easier so I guess they helped a little. More
Allan and Pat are fantastic in customer relations; friendly, caring and very professional. For years I only went to the Saturn dealership because of their warmth and great customer care. When they closed I was afraid I would have to go back to the usual kind of dealership where the sales people feel put out to help you or nickel and dime you to death. I was elated to find the people who work for Bernardi Hyundai who do care about the customers who come through their door. Allan helped me find the perfect car at the right price. The transaction went smoothly, efficiently and with great attention to all the details in making this purchase. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. This is a 5 star company and I plan to use them again! Thank you Allan and Pat. More
