Nice riding car and I hope I have good luck with it. Feel like I received a fair interest rate on the money that I did borrow. Finance department a little overbearing with the extended warranties but I ended up purchasing the Long-Term Powertrain Wrap so I have a 10 year warranty. I printed my registration that Thomas Cook emailed and went back to the dealer to get my sticker. Kat waited on me and I asked her for the website so I could print my Vehicle Inspection Report and no problems I went home and printed it. So far so good. More
I came to McGovern to purchase an Elantra, and worked with Allan Palmer. Sales Allan was a great salesman to work with, he was friendly and personable, worked quickly and efficiently to get my deal with Allan Palmer. I ultimately moved the deal $2,000 all in the value of my trade. Allan never tried to be high pressure, but he stood his ground and made me work for the extra money, something I enjoy but might put off those who don't love to haggle. Once we shook hands he kept me entertained while we waited for F&I, made sure my car was ready for delivery, and emailed me my registration to save me a trip. Finance I worked with Dan for finance, the experience was pretty typical. I was offered Tire & Rim, gap insurance and extra warranty. I declined, but did have to reiterate that more than once. It was not a high pressure experience, but it was less relaxed than the car deal itself. Delivery The car was freshly cleaned and ready for pickup the day I came in for paperwork. Allan offered to answer any questions, but acquiesced that I probably knew the car better than him. Which honestly, I do kind of appreciate. My experience with McGovern was positive, and I plan to return to the for service going forward. Hopefully my experience with service is as good as with sales. More

Basically ruined my life, leased at 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe in March 2020. It was in the shop every single month from June 2020 until beginning of 2022 and I have all documentation to prove. I paid over $7,000 in 3 years on that vehicle and the check engine light remained on for 2 consecutive years. As soon as my extended warranty ended I was told I could do an oil consumption test which started at $500 and could have ended well into the thousands. I had to pay out of pocket for the rentals moving forward because that warranty no longer covered anything. So paying for transportation , on top of paying my monthly bill, on top of paying for the parts and services received. Molly was the tech and although she was nice face to face she completely screwed me. The car just stopped operating one day and 4 garages could not figure it out. I look a huge hit and did a voluntary repossession. They did nothing to try and accommodate or assist me. Beware of this place, beautiful building, gorgeous vehicles hindsight and a whole cesspool of a mess to clean up financially, emotionally, mentally, mentally, mentally, and again, mentally. More

Couldn’t rate less for the experience my wife and I had with Nick in financing. Absolute uncalled for attitude and bullying. I also feel bad leaving such a poor review due to Daniel and Derrick being s with Nick in financing. Absolute uncalled for attitude and bullying. I also feel bad leaving such a poor review due to Daniel and Derrick being such awesome salesmen. They went above and beyond. We ended up walking away from the deal at signing due to Nick. Highly recommend working with ANYONE else in financing. More
