Just home from buying a new Elantra and had the best car buying experience of my life (this was the 6th car I have purchased and all other previously purchased vehicles have been Honda's). Kim Marchesi was buying experience of my life (this was the 6th car I have purchased and all other previously purchased vehicles have been Honda's). Kim Marchesi was exceptionally knowledgeable about our vehicle and the auto industry in general (perhaps no surprise given his 38 years of experience). The test drive comparison of the Elantra vs. a Honda Civic was eye-opening and we were able to do both the highway and back roads in a short period of time. Joe Dziedzic, the Sales Manager was friendly, and committed to delivering a great value. He really took the time to go over the financing options and explore which of the many choices would work best for my budget and I really came away with feeling like I got a great deal without ever feeling like I was being "sold". When it came time to take home the vehicle, Kim helped to program the radio, synch up my iPhone to the vehicle's Bluetooth device and make sure I had an appointment set up for my first service. If you are in the market for a small or mid-sized sedan, and you are in southeastern Massachusetts, you owe it to yourself to check out Hyundai and to ask for Kim Marchesi And as an added bonus, there showroom has a giant-screen TV which had on the Pats v. I helped my sister buy a new Hyundai Elantra a couple of weeks ago and was helped by Allan Palmer. He was willing to negotiate and we came to a reasonable agreement with both parties happy. Allen made the usually stressful experience of buying a new car that much more pleasurable and because of that my sister and I would both recommend not only Bernardi Hyundai but Allan Palmer himself. The second phase of the deal involved Chris Corriveau. He wrapped up the financial stuff. Not only did Chris take the time to fully explain things and answer all of our questions but he too was willing to negotiate fairly before everything was finally signed. We left knowing we got the best deal possible. Once again, highly recommended! More

I preface this review by saying that my wife and I are probably considered "difficult/challenging" customers. We don't like car shopping and we are not car enthusiasts. We are very slow, deliberate, particular and patient in our car buying decisions and are very pragmatic in what we are looking for in a car. We are picky with who we work with. This does not mesh well withmany of the salesmen we have encountered who seem to not hear us when we are very clear up front that "we are not going to buy a car today, but we are interested in looking/asking questions" and put on the "hard sell" or try to press us on the importance of features that we don't want/need. Today we spent about 5 1/2 hours buying an Elantra (which is probably a long time from the dealership perspective) after several other trips the past few months. So why am I so pleased with my experience? At no point in this entire process (other than perhaps by the steady stream of emails/phone calls in between visits to see what our level of interest was) did we feel that we were treated in an impatient or disrespectful manner. We were very clear in our concerns, and I felt that they were heard by the salesman, the manager, and the finance person. I felt that the actual transaction was handled in a very professional, knowledgeable and honest way. I actually left feeling like I was valued as a customer, rather than as a human wallet. I think I would have felt frustrated (with me) had I been in their shoes, but at the time I was weighing "apples against oranges" and they were actually helpful with that process and did not push me in any one particular direction. It was very refreshing to work with a sales group who tried to address my "agenda" more than their own. I would also add that Kim Marchesi was by far the most knowledgeable car salesman I have encountered (about cars). More
