Very Honest dealership. What a breath of fresh air! I went to at least 5 different car dealers who lied to me about price on the phone to get me in the door only to find out that wasn't the real price. I went to at least 5 different car dealers who lied to me about price on the phone to get me in the door only to find out that wasn't the real price. Then I called Bernardi. They told me the truth on the phone and when I went in the price they told me on the phone was REAL!. Mohamed was my salesman and he was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable and very accommodating. I can't say enough good things about him or the rest of the staff. They were all Great! I would recommend Bernardi to anyone who is looking for a great deal on a car that is REAL along with great people to work with. More

On our way home, I spied Bernardi from the highway, and suggested we switch gears and try a Hyundai Sonata. Best decision ever. Their business model and sales approach were a breath of fresh air. Rick, our product specialist, was an informative and accommodating straight shooter, and within the hour he and his GM Khann were shaking our hands, sealing the deal. Throughout the week I heard from them both about the status of our vehicle, and on Thursday when it arrived, we had the pleasure of meeting their business manager, Joune, who walked us through the formalities of paperwork with the same class, professionalism, and warm customer-centric approach as his team mates. Rick wrapped it all up with a tour of the vehicle's options, set my Bluetooth, and walked me through what a typical maintenance visit to Bernardi would be like; even setting my first appointment with smiling Ivan. I cannot say enough about this group. Top to bottom, they took a typically tedious experience and turned it into a hassle-free and happy occasion. Thank you Khann, Rick and Joune. Oh, and the car is pretty cool too! More

That morning, my wife and son dreaded going with me to purchase my next car. She said that the experience was going to be long, overwhelming, and would give her a headache for sure. She even packed a lunch for her and my son because she said we were going to be there forever. Little did she know, our experience was very simple, quick, fun, we received a great deal, was placed in a beautiful sonata, which she adores and she didn't leave with a headache. She even said that when it is time for her to shop for another car, she will definitely go to Bernardi Hyundai. Jesse Vicente is an exceptional car salesman. He made sure that we understood everything; he made sure that during the process my family was comfortable and didn't want for anything. We formed a wonderful relationship and we look forward to seeing this exceptional team of workers at our scheduled maintenance visits. 2015 Hyundai Veloster My mother & I were both looking for new cars. The engine on my previous car had siezed up and I needed to get something right away. We decided to check out Bernardi Hyundai first, since the cars come with a great warranty. I had my heart set on a Veloster, and my mother was interested in an Accent. We test drove the two cars, and I fell in love with the Veloster. We still wanted to check out one more place, and there was absolutely no pressure on us to make a purchase or leave a deposit. Which was a far cry from Hyundai of Plymouth, where the sales guys were insisting on getting us to leave a deposit. We came back to Bernardi the next day and bought the two cars we wanted. My mother wanted a color that they didn't have and they were great and are working to locate it for her. This was on a Sunday afternoon - I was able to sign all the necessary paperwork Tuesday morning and drive off with my Veloster! They even matched the interest rate that AAA pre-approved us for, which seriously helped bring my monthly payments down. The staff is so friendly and never pressured us to buy anything. Our salesperson was Jesse and I cannot recommend him enough. I would suggest anyone interested in buying a Hyundai check out Bernardi for excellent customer service! More

New Hyundai Accent I was 99% sure that I was going to purchase a Hyundai Accent after the research that I did prior to going to the dealer. In the past I have owned Sonata's, so I am familiar with the Hyundai product. I met with Kim, who explained in detail how the process takes place. He took me for a good test drive in which I was extremely pleased with how the car handled itself. I took it up on Route 24, and accelerated to 70 mph without any effort. From beginning to end, the entire process was less than 2 hours, and stress free to boot. I am sure I will have a lot of good driving with this car. And recommend the Bernardi Group. More
Surprised! I never new much about Hyundai and I never thought I would even consider driving one. Jesse showed me the Genesis and I loved the new look, but to be I never new much about Hyundai and I never thought I would even consider driving one. Jesse showed me the Genesis and I loved the new look, but to be honest, after a lifetime of Benzs, Audis, BMWs and a Lexus, I wasn't even considering committing to the Hyundai. Jesse was persistent and got me to test drive a couple of cars and after demonstrating all the bells and whistles, I was hooked. Jesse was great and you have a wonderful product. I love it! More

Max Meritil (Sales Mgr) & Jesse Vicente (Sale Associate) are both very professional, knowledgeable, patient & friendly to a car newbie like myself. After the test drive, I did not make any purchase since I want to check out one other car on the market to compare. They both are honestly telling me that I am very welcome to come back for second test drive or any other questions. What a great car sale men I never met in my life. Make sure to ask for them on your next Hyundai sale. You will be impressed!! More

What you are about to read is not a fluke, because last time I went for an oil change I asked how much and was told $32, and then charged me $37. It was only $5 but I asked why the difference, the reason was "well we gave you the premium oil change". I didn't ask for it, and if they are taking $5 from me, how much money are they stealing from everyone else? Here was my very next experience: I went in to have a recall taken care of, and said, verbatim "I think the oil drain plug needs to be tightened if you don't mind. I have been busy and haven't gotten a chance." to which Nicholas Tammaro said they'll take care of. I didn't expect a charge, so I was a little surprised when he told me, after my car was done, that it was going to cost me over $30. Now, I understand oil needs to be replaced since it is a DRAIN plug, but I figured if that was the case they would let me know. I was not notified and someone took it upon themselves to give me a FULL oil change. After arguing with the service guy he said, "well this is what you get for not getting oil changes here so next time just tighten the bolt yourself". I asked for a manager, and Nick said "You don't need to talk to a manager, I'll take off the charge" as if to avoid informing the higher-ups. I took it upon myself to call the general manager, who said his name was Brian Jones, and all he could say was "Sorry". I asked, what will make me want to come back since I've just lost faith in getting work done without being charged unnecessary and unauthorized charges. He laughed, yes LAUGHED, at me and just said he can't change the past. He couldn't even say something like this isn't how we treat people and it won't happen again. I got a good price on my new Sonata, but was the few hundred dollars I saved worth this terrible service and apathetic sales manager? AVOID THIS PLACE. Don't make my mistake. I'll certainly be going to another dealer from now on. More

We changed out minds when we saw the a new 2013 Veloster! They said theyll do whatever to make us happy.!!! Richardson Andre, Max (sales), Steve Paige (financing) and Nick Tammaro, and Nicholas (service) were SO helpful - . They were the best! They waited on us and help us anyway they could. We are VERY HAPPY with Bernadi of Brockton. We went next door to Bernadi Honda and had a fantastic breakfast at Jimbo's diner - great service and great food! We are repeat customers and definitely will be back for our next Hyundai. More
