Great Service, Price Negotiation was Exhausting I came looking to see what it would cost me to buy new, I knew what car I wanted and was sold on it already. I spent 30 minutes reviewing the car/tes I came looking to see what it would cost me to buy new, I knew what car I wanted and was sold on it already. I spent 30 minutes reviewing the car/test driving and then went through price negotiation for four more hours after I entered the dealership. I did not appreciate this, I tried to leave multiple times to mull it over until the next day and come back but was asked multiple times not to leave. We were offered water but not eating in many hours made the process less than pleasant. I would recommend that you appreciate when someone needs some time to think. I ended up buying the car that day because of the deal I was offered (which I am incredibly pleased with) but also ended up having to wait another two+ hours for the paperwork to be complete. The process was long and I felt like it could have been expedited. There should be a balance of haggling with respecting the wishes of the client. Peter Brandao was the reason I felt good with my purchase, I did not feel like he was pushing me, I felt respected, I felt like he was not trying to influence my decisions in any way. I believe that he was what put me at ease with the whole process and would highly recommend this dealership specifically to work with him. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle a few days later Colson was very kind, spent the right amount of time reviewing all of the important information and features with me.
