I was really on a mission of buying a car, so I went to 2 previous dealership where I didn't feel welcome at all and even, to be truthful, felt almost I was bothering the sales people. The sales guy, name Rick Cramer, came to us and was very nice and welcoming and right there, on the spot, I decided that I would buy my car there. After two test driving, one on the Focus e another on a Fusion, I liked better the second and the whole staff were very nice and honest with us. I would highly recommend them to someone else. Absolutely, great experience, the salesmen, Jerry was really professional, he worked with us through a bunch of new and used cars.
