I was looking for a vehicle with better gas mileage than my pick up truck. I had never done business with Framingham Ford before, and I must say, I'm really glad I did. This is the fourth new car I have pu my pick up truck. I had never done business with Framingham Ford before, and I must say, I'm really glad I did. This is the fourth new car I have purchased in my life, and by far, this was the easiest, most pressure free and enjoyable time I've had at any car dealership. Steve was great, everyone was great really. Even the finance guy, I forget his name, sorry, was really kind, friendly, and I feel he got me a great deal on my financing. I literally have no complaints about this purchase or the dealership at all, I'm only sorry I didn't do it sooner. My new 2012 Ford Focus is beautiful, I love it. I'm getting more than double the gas mileage, and my payment is less than it was before on my older truck. If your looking for a hassle free, straight up dealership with no B.S., then Framingham Ford should be your first stop. Thanks guys, I'll be sending anyone I know your way. More

Framingham Ford went above and beyond. They were fair and very helpful. They gave me a very good trade in price and a great deal on a Fusion lease. After looking at Ford Edge cars at other dealers, when I went to Fram Ford the selection was newer, better and cleaner. Joe was so nice and fun to work with and Mike is the "GURU" of SYNC. Even with my lowend Convoy phone he persevered and got it linked up.
