I came across McGovern Ford after seeing a Pre-Owned Jeep Gramd Cherokee. Robert was very helpful and had the car I wanted pulled up and ready to go for a test drive. He asked what was important to me, was an attentive listener and made sure to address my needs. I came pre-approved from my bank with what I thought was a good rate (in an economic climate where rates are already high as it is). With permission; Corey the finance manager was able to get me a rate FIVE POINTS LOWER than what I was expecting. When Robert was helping other customers and I had a question, the Sales Manager Paul was able to step on and assist me. Taking delivery was quick and easy and I now own a really nice reliable preowned car with a FREE 5 year 100,000 mile warranty. Big ups to the staff at McGovern Ford! More
