What a breath of fresh air he was in an industry that can be hard to come away saying that. He is a genuinely nice guy and very fair to deal with. At the closing, he met me first thing on a Saturday morning (the only time I could meet with him as a small business owner) and took the time to review every detail of my new SUV (a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo). My Father lives in Yarmouthport and I live Pembroke, and we did not hesitate to drive all the way to Acton to work with Lou. I will definitely purchase future cars from him down the road. They were both very informative, super transparent about what I was getting and all costs and fees. I had a really bad experience with another dealership prior to coming to Acton Chrysler. I was looking for a used car and the other dealership just kept pushing a certain bank for financing and also had hidden charges. Acton Chrysler was the exact opposite experience. It was great! They did the 30k mile maintenance even though the used car I bought only had 20k miles on it. They also explained everything clearly, never pressured me, and I really trusted them. More

Excellent Customer Service I called the dealership and was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. Mike looked up my vehicle very easily and when I explained my air conditio I called the dealership and was greeted in a friendly, professional manner. Mike looked up my vehicle very easily and when I explained my air conditioning was not working, he asked if I could come in that morning. He said they would look at it and I could wait for the car …I wouldn't be there all day. I took my car in and signed in with Alex, who maintained the friendly, helpful attitude I had received from Mike. He told me the car was due for some computer upgrades and asked if I wanted to have them done while I was there. The air conditioning was fixed and the upgrades completed in a little over an hour. Alex explained what they did with the air conditioning and made a follow up appointment in a few weeks so they could ensure everything was running properly and there were no leaks. Acton is 30 minutes further from the local dealership, but well worth the travel time. So refreshing to do business with people who are professional, friendly and all around nice! More
