I got my previous grand Cherokee from Brigham Gill Natick and went back to trade in for a newer one when my lease was about to expire. The service was terrible to say the least. What a difference ! From my first interaction with Megan to when I visited the dealership and met with Alex my salesman, everything went very smoothly. He listened to my preferences and what I came looking for. He was friendly, pleasant, efficient and professional.
