My 2019 Ram 1500 was misdiagnosed and customer service was very poor. Scott from the McGovern service department didn’t take anytime to explain what testing had been done or how they came to the conclusio was very poor. After bringing my truck to get a second opinion the proper diagnostics were done and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend NOT going to McGovern Jeep located at 777 Washington St Newton,MA. More

They are not pushy sales people and just want to help you find exactly what your looking for. I chose McGovern Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram from the MoPar website to service a recall on my 2019 Jeep. I moved from out of state a few years back when I bought my car and didn’t have a warranty anymore. I was nervous of taking it to someone at here. Usually if it’s up to me, I’ll do it myself. So, I was skeptical. It was really easy to make an appointment online at their website and then someone called to confirm the recall needed and to give a more accurate time estimate. She said it would be a service I would have to return for later. I live in the heart of Boston, so Newton was a bit of a drive. When I got to McGovern, Kenny was my service agent. He took the time to explain my recalls and get my paperwork filled out quickly. He offered to get me a complimentary Uber (that would send to my phone) and made sure everything was set up. I ubered back to Cambridge for work and didn’t have to use my own money or take the commuter rail. I got a text asking me to review the inspection and paperwork. It gave me suggested services and if I wanted them completed. Totally low pressure and extremely transparent. My Jeep was done earlier than expected and when it was ready to be picked up. Kenny called me and got me an uber back to Newton to grab my Jeep. Picked up my car and was good to go! Simple and painless. Thank you so much Kenny and McGovern! More
