I came here and was greeted by Max who was absolutely amazing from start to finish wasn't pushy or aggressively trying to sell me something. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, personable, went over ev amazing from start to finish wasn't pushy or aggressively trying to sell me something. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, personable, went over every single buttom and function in the car took it for a test drive with me and was super nice and pleasant to be around all day while i shopped, and made the entire experience from start to finish as smooth as it possibly could have went. As well as Pedro the sales manager who went above and beyond to get me the perfect warranty far over what I expected, worked tireless with multiple banks not taking no for an answer to get me the car loan I wanted while still keeping my payments at the range I needed them at, I was there for a few hours and both these men went far far beyond what was expected and far exceeded my expectations when purchasing this car. Pedro and Max after all they did to get me into the perfect car for the perfect price with the right payments the right loan and an above and beyond warranty I wasn't expecting, not only did they do all that but they even drove a half hour to MY HOME to bring me the paper work as the bank loan process took a few hours and they didn't want to have me waiting so I left and Max personally brought the papers to my house for me to sign so I didn't have to drive back to the dealership. When I tell you this dealership went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations of buying a pre owned car they really did and I would give them 10 stars if I could and would recommend them and especially Max and Pedro to anyone trying to purchase a new car.
