Bought a one year old Jeep gladiator with 1900 miles on it. That day at the dealership, I noticed an odd stench inside the car. The sales person implied it was simply the cleaning products used to detail t it. That day at the dealership, I noticed an odd stench inside the car. The sales person implied it was simply the cleaning products used to detail the car. Fast forward a few days later before taking delivery of the vehicle, the car fails inspection. I got a little worried and asked if I could be refunded until the car was perfectly fine and I could be reassured it was in working order. They ignored me (including the owner of McGovern). After a late delivery, the stench I noticed is very prevalent. On top of that, there are markings of water damage in the back seat of the vehicle. Crickets from management. Do not buy a used vehicle from this dealership!!!!! I would even question buying a new one with the lack of ethics/integrity presented. More

They care about keeping you happy through the process and do what it takes to overcome obstacles. The entire staff is helpful and courteous. Buying a vehicle can be difficult and aggravating. Not this time. Not haggles, hassles, or dishonest transactions. Wilson was an excellent sales person. He navigated all departments very well and focused on resolving any and all obstacles in a very timely way. More
