The service shop was obviously busy and packed with cars at 7:30 AM and short staffed. I still only had to wait 10 minutes before my service rep checked me in. I appreciate the full vehicle checkpoints and allowing me to pick and choose what I can budget for repairs. Your staff was very busy, but apologetic and very helpful. Give them a bonus for keeping up throughout w/less staff. More
