The service shop was obviously busy and packed with cars at 7:30 AM and short staffed. I still only had to wait 10 minutes before my service rep checked me in. I was a little surprised at the extent of repairs that were going to be needed for my JKU’s hearing/cooling system (heater core, blend actuator) Especially since this seems to be a production based issue. I appreciate the full vehicle checkpoints and allowing me to pick and choose what I can budget for repairs. Your staff was very busy, but apologetic and very helpful. Give them a bonus for keeping up throughout w/less staff. More
