Originally went because our front left turn signal was out, Jeep has less than 8000 miles on it and I asked them to check the wiring. All they did was replace the bulb. Came to pick up the car and was e out, Jeep has less than 8000 miles on it and I asked them to check the wiring. All they did was replace the bulb. Came to pick up the car and was escorted to my car by a blonde woman. Did not ask for payment. Fast forward 5 days, same issue. I called and the gentleman that picked up the phone said we can have them check the wiring. I kindly let him know that is what I asked them to do the first time around and now I had to be inconvenienced again. The gentleman said I would not be charged for the previous work because that did not fix the problem. Monday comes, I dropped the Jeep off, the same gentleman checked me in, and again said I wouldn't be charged for the previous work. Got a call later in the day, it was the wires and connections and the Jeep is ready to go. However this time a different woman checked my out and made me pay for the previous work. She insisted it was the bulb, even though that did not fix the problem. And due to the apparent lack of communication within the office I was forced to pay for something I was told I wouldn't be responsible for. More
